Hotel rules

1. Thank you for choosing our hotel. All of our staff will do their best to make your stay comfortable. Please show your passport when you check in.
2. Weapons, explosives, flammable or dangerous items, animals and anything else the hotel considers dangerous may not be brought into the rooms.
3. The hotel accepts no responsibility for money or valuables that were not left at the front desk or in the in-room safe.
4. Please do not move the furnishings in your room. Guests will be charged for any loss or damage they cause.
5. Please check the equipment after you enter your room, and tell our staff if anything is not working.
6. Please tell the front desk if you would like to change rooms or invite someone who is not staying at the hotel into your room.
7. Please tell the front desk when you invite friends or other non-guests into your room. By agreement with the front desk, visitors are asked to leave by 22:30.
8. The hotel has free laundry facilities (9th floor). Please use them instead of washing laundry in your room.
9. When you go out, please switch off the electrical appliances in your room, help us save water to protect the environment, make sure doors and windows are locked, and leave your card key at the front desk.
10. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Check-out after 12:00 PM is charged separately.
11. If you need anything, please contact the front desk. Our staff will do their best to help. If these rules are not observed, the hotel may refuse use of its facilities.

Cancellation policy

Please cancel at least 3 days before your planned arrival date. For later cancellations and no-shows, one night's room charge will be billed.

Payment, early check-in and late check-out

• Please tell us if your check-out time is before 6:00 AM.
• ※ A VAT invoice cannot be issued after the check-out date.
